Central Counselling & Training Service (CCTS) runs several courses each year for those involved in pastoral care in the church, workplace or community setting. CCTS's approach is Christ-centred and holistic, and their training will help to better equip you for your pastoral role.

Caring for the Bereaved
This is a one-day workshop that will help anyone who finds themselves supporting bereaved people, whether that is as a leader, pastoral worker, friend, neighbour or colleague. The course will cover the topics: Understanding Bereavement, The Grief Process, Family Dynamics, and How to Help (or Hinder!).
Where: Central Hall, St. Mary Street, Southampton, SO14 1NF.
When: 10am-4pm, Saturday 23rd February.
Cost: £35 (includes refreshments, notes and a certifcate of attendance. Lunch is not provided).
