Do you have any lego that you don't need anymore? If so, we'd love to take it off your hands!
As you know, we are committed to supporting Hope Community School, currently based within Central Hall, and are hoping to help run some after-school clubs for the children, to help enrich their education. One of the clubs we'd love to start is a lego club, where children can use their imaginations to create and build lego structures, vehicles and objects. As well as boosting creativity, lego-play can help children improve their fine motor skills, hone problem-solving abilities, and encourage cooperative pretend play. And it's lots of fun too!
We're aiming to start this club in February and need a stock of lego that we can use, so if you have any that you would be willing to donate, we'd really appreciate it. Time to check those toy storage cubes and the boxes in the attic!
Please bring any donations of lego to the Hope Community School reception at Central Hall - just label it for the attention of Annabel Wright’s Lego Club. Thank you so much!
