If you've given money to New Community, either as a regular giver or as a one-off donation (perhaps at our recent Gift Day), have you signed up for Gift Aid yet?
If you are a UK taxpayer, you can make your donations go further by donating through Gift Aid. The Gift Aid scheme enables us (as a charity) to reclaim tax on donations made to us by UK taxpayers, which effectively increases the amount of the donation. Under this scheme, we can claim an extra 25p for every £1 donated, without any extra cost to you. This can make a huge differnce to what we are able to do as a charity.
It's really easy to sign up for Gift Aid; you simply need to make a Gift Aid declaration, by completing a short form. You can pick up a form from your congregation on a Sunday, or download a Giving Form here. Then just return the form by post to The Finance Office, Central Hall, St. Mary Street, Southampton, SO14 1NF. That's all there is to it!
You can find out more about different ways you can give to New Community, on our Giving page.
Thank you again for your generosity.
