James Street outreach
James Street is right in the heart of the Golden Grove Estate, St Marys, and much of its outreach is focussed on this local area.
Kids Club runs on Wednesday evenings for Primary School age children, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
Youth Club - Friday evenings for Senior School age young people, from 6:30pm to 8:15pm.
The Toddler Group runs on Thursday mornings from 9:30 to 11:30, with a wide variety of activities for toddlers and parents to do together.
Thursdays 10:30am to 1pm - Cafe Plus - a relaxed place to come and meet with others for coffee, bacon rolls, play board games or use our internet computer.
We host a 'Healing Prayer Clinic' on Mondays where anybody in need can come and receive prayer for healing or anything else. 10am to 1pm and 7pm to 9pm.
Ladies Craft meets on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 1pm to 3pm.
We also organise other regular community events such as Family Fundays, Bar-B-Que's, Fayres, Bingo and Quiz nights etc.
As with many of our communities, Sunday Gatherings at James Street are only a small part of what goes on through the week. They are lively gatherings for all ages and include children's groups. Please see the claendar below for events taking place throughout the week. The community meeting there on Sunday mornings has grown steadily over the last few years and welcomes people of all ages and cultures.
