	Oversight Group The Oversight Group is a group of mature men and women who oversee all the affairs of New Community.
	Board of Trustees The Board of Trustees are appointed by the Oversight Group to take particular responsibility for all things legal, financial and practical.
	Central Pastoral Team The Central Pastoral Team are responsible for the overall pastoral care of our core communities.
	Core Communities Each core community gathering has a team of men and women who lead that particular community.
