Actors Needed for The Upperroom a one-act play by Neil Maddock 

“Neil and Julia Maddock are part of our church leadership here at Southampton Christian Fellowship and have a wide experience in drama and the Creative Arts. They worked for two years in New Zealand with YWAM in Christian theatre evangelism and have had a vision for a long time to put on an Easter play as a means of presenting the gospel message.

This play has been written by Neil and the idea behind the play is that the cast will be drawn from people across the churches in Southampton and for the production to serve the church as an opportunity to bring non-Christians to an event that will be both engaging and awakening. I hope that you will feel able to encourage your church to support and take interest in this Easter opportunity.” - Paul R Finn.

I am writing to let you know about a project that we at Augustine Arts, part of Southampton Christian Fellowship, are undertaking as part of Hope 08.

‘THE UPPER ROOM’ is a one-act play that we are planning to produce for Easter 2008. We would like to involve people from different churches around Southampton and believe that the finished product will be well worth a look!

ACTORS NEEDED for an Easter Production, ‘The Upper Room’. The play, set during Jesus’ ‘Last Supper’ has been written by Neil Maddock from Southampton Christian Fellowship and will be produced by Augustine Arts. Part of Hope 08, we seek to involve people from local churches to produce this play.
