tkwlTo Kenya With Love

"To Kenya with Love" is a charity that has gradually increased in its work, resources and results. Many children and projects are sponsored. The vision is to support families and children in their communities through local church partnerships, caring organisations and our own projects financed by sponsors and gifts.

To Kenya with Love is a Christian charity committed to showing the love of Jesus by caring for the poor, oppressed and destitute through training, relationships and acts of kindness.

To Kenya With Love aims to work by getting involved with families and the community. Much of the ministry and charity work in Africa is coping with problems which are the results of crisis, such as homelessness, poverty, street children, AIDS and sickness. We believe it is important to become involved with families and community life to help prevent the crisis happening. It takes time and commitment but it works!

To Kenya with Love works in the Kisumu area of Kenya and runs a number of different projects including a sponsorship programme a nursery school and the Rehema Community. It is also in partnership with New Life Homes (based in Nairobi) who run homes for abandoned babies, one of which is in Kisumu.

We have strong links with Ambros & Mary Samo who have established the Rehema community with a church, orphanage, nursery school and the first three years of primary school. They care for many children who have been orphaned through their parents dying from AIDS. They also provide some medical treatment on the compound.
