Carol Collier

 

Email: cc@newcommunity.org.uk  Carol works in a pastoral role, and in particular has responsibility for including those who have special needs in the church. She has been employed in this capacity since September 2001. She has established a training course for others to help meet the opportunities and challenges of including folk that live with difficulty, difference and disability. She is very gifted at ‘seeing ‘ potential in every individual. This course is now open to people from other churches/ group who want to learn more skills. In the local community, Carol is involved in supporting people when they need to plan funerals. It is a rewarding role to show care at a difficult time. Carol is married to Paul, they have a grown up daughter, Esther. Carol has two older sons from her previous marriage, Marcus and Bradley. Grand-mothering is another important role in Carol's life!
