August 24-7 Prayer Week Hits the Streets

Road SignThere is another Southampton 24-7 Prayer Week taking place from Monday 25th August until Friday 29th August. Organised by the Southampton 24-7 Prayer team, the prayer room will again be at Orchard Lane Church (just off East Street in the City Centre, SO14 3BN). This time round, the prayer room will only be open 9am-9pm, Monday to Friday, as the team are organising other activities as well.

There will be organised coffee drop-in mornings (10am-12noon) and afternoon activities (2-4pm) Monday to Friday. Thiese will create opportunities to engage with the local community and give the prayer week a missional aspect while maintaining the prayer room itself as a creative space for people to be alone with God.

24-7You can sign up to fill an hour's prayer slot on their website at www.southampton.pray247.co.uk and feel free to drop in for tea, coffee and cake Monday to Friday - it would be great for members of our church family to be building relationships with those from our local estate.
